Tell us about your business?

  • Dexar Group is a collection of property based businesses focused on meeting a client’s needs throughout their property lifecycle. 

What were the specific challenges  you faced / What was the impact of those challenges?

  • The real estate industry is beginning to be disrupted by ‘prop tech’ startups and businesses using technology to give their agents and clients a competitive edge. We need to respond to these trends by ensuring our frontline staff are empowered to deliver great client experiences through great technologies. Part of this strategy is providing data analytics to give staff visibility of their current performance, and also visibility of market trends and where the greatest opportunities lie.

How were those challenges addressed with the help of Visioneer360?

  • To enable our vision above we chose the Salesforce platform for our frontline staff and wanted to visualise our data through Einstein Analytics. Visioneer360 assisted us in technically training our staff on use of the product and then working with us to produce industry-leading dashboards. In particular was Visioneer360’s ability to partner with Carto to bring full mapping capability to EA, a key requirement for our business which is entirely focused on visualisations of properties and areas, rather than tables of data..

What did you like most about working with the Visioneer360 team?

  • The Visioneer360 team have been friendly, professional and efficient in their approach. Nothing has been a problem to achieve and the ability of the team to be self-driven and deliver our requirements based on the original brief speaks to their maturity and professionalism in the analytics space. We are actively looking at the second phase of what we can now deliver with Visioneer360 as their approach leads us to be able to focus on innovating our product rather than governing the project.
