Tell us about your business?

  • We are an Asia Pac Distributor of Educational Products and resources.

  • We inspire children’s learning and creativity with our passion for people, quality and service 

What were the specific challenges  you faced?

  • We wanted to provide more detailed Analytics to our Sales reps out in field in AU, NZ and Asia. We wanted to keep them in the Salesforce suite of products rather than them using an additional external product.

  • We also lost our internal resource who was trained in Analytics.

What was the impact of those challenges?

  • Many people did not know how to use the other tool, people were not getting consistent data in the numbers they were looking at.

  • We also restructured our back end systems and we had to bring that through to Salesforce 

How were those challenges addressed with the help of Visioneer360?

  • We were able to create dashboards and embed them into Salesforce to seamless provide reps access to the data that is relevant to them on the road to help them maximise their sales calls.

What did you like most about working with the Visioneer360 team?

  • The team has been very easy to work with, they have understood our business needs and been very gracious in helping teach me along the way!
