We wanted to provide more detailed Analytics to our Sales reps out in field in AU, NZ and Asia. We wanted to keep them in the Salesforce suite of products rather than them using an additional external product.
We also lost our internal resource who was trained in Analytics.
Many people did not know how to use the other tool, people were not getting consistent data in the numbers they were looking at.
We also restructured our back end systems and we had to bring that through to Salesforce
We were able to create dashboards and embed them into Salesforce to seamless provide reps access to the data that is relevant to them on the road to help them maximise their sales calls.
